Matt Sheroff brings deep global experience in business development, external innovation, commercial strategy and strategic finance across a broad range of disease areas, geographies and business units. Prior to joining Third Arc, he spent over 15 years at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) where he served in various leadership roles shaping and executing regional and global BD strategies, cash flow analysis and financial controlling.

Most recently, Matt served as Senior Director, External Innovation J&J Innovation where he shaped the external innovation strategy for the Immunology Therapeutic Area with an emphasis on pipeline strategy and commercial forecasting. Prior to this role, he was based in Singapore as the Head of New Business Development for J&J Asia Pacific where he led the development and execution of regional business development opportunities for key markets across the region. Matt also previously served on the Global BD team at J&J Innovative Medicine leading critical transactions to support the company's Oncology portfolio.

Matt has a BS in Finance from Penn State University.
