Raj brings nearly 20 years of biotech industry experience driving innovation in the discovery and clinical development of advanced biologics. His career spans significant leadership roles, including executive director of oncology research at Amgen, where he led discovery and preclinical development efforts for ADCs and T cell engagers. Raj also served in leadership roles at Alector and Johnson & Johnson (J&J), where he spearheaded projects in immunotherapeutics, bispecific antibodies, and CAR T therapies.

Raj has been instrumental in progressing several molecular and cellular therapies into clinical development, including the discovery of SPEVIGO®. He has a proven track record in portfolio project management, cross-functional global team leadership, and fostering collaboration across scientific disciplines. Raj earned his PhD in molecular biology from the University of Zurich.
