Tom brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic finance, operations, and business leadership across the healthcare industry. He has held a range of leadership roles in finance and strategy and operations at Johnson & Johnson (J&J), supporting teams across R&D, commercial, and supply chain in the pharmaceutical, consumer-health, and medical-device sectors. Throughout his career as a finance leader, Tom’s responsibilities have spanned long-range planning, capital deployment, business development support, and organizational transformation initiatives.

Most recently, Tom served as senior director, oncology strategy and operations, J&J Innovative Medicine R&D. In that role, Tom partnered closely with scientific and functional leaders to shape and deliver early portfolio strategy, guide investment allocation, and integrate emerging platforms and collaborations.

Tom has an MBA in marketing from Villanova University and a BBA in finance and economics from James Madison University. He earned a certified management accountant (CMA) designation from the Institute of Management Accountants.
